Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors to complete the scope of work provided in the tender document which involves construction of a soil nail and mesh system
and associated reinstatement works on the upslope cut bank outside 50-62 Hornsey Road, Melrose; and construction of a soil nail and sprayed concrete system and associated
reinstatement works on the upslope cut bank outside 66-68 Hornsey Rd, Melrose.

Tenderers are expected to have the suitable relevant experience and track record in bank remediation/stabilisation construction of this type. Tenderers are also expected to
have the capability to implement a good construction management plan and a quality management systems to undertake the contract work, etc.

Tender Documents shall be available from 12pm 15 September 2022 on GETS website. Tender queries may be directed to 19-30 September 2022.

Tenders must be received thru GETS before midday 7 October 2022, the deadline for proposal.

The contract work is proposed to start by 21 November 2022.
