Background:
At the uphill road reserve area of Sar Street (71 and 77 Sar Street) a slip occurred following the heavy rainfall event in Wellington on the 16th and 17th of July 2021. Following that on 16 August 2021 a second slip has occurred on the same site. On 18 August 2021, a third slip occurred at the site, which was essentially more material dropping out of the second slip area.
