Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) to provide Medsafe‑compliant warehousing and relabelling services for Pfizer COVID‑19 vaccines, other funded vaccines, and associated consumables to support nationwide distribution.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to establish new contract(s) for the provision of vaccine warehousing and repackaging services as Health NZ transitions from a pandemic‑specific supply chain to a business‑as‑usual (BAU) operating model.

The services sought under this RFP include the capability to provide one or more of the following:

•Specialised ULT storage (–70°C to –50°C) and relabelling for Pfizer COVID-19 and Mpox vaccine,
•or standard freezer storage (2°C to 8°C) for the new Pfizer generation and all other vaccines - Boostrix, Priorix (MMR), Gardasil 9 (HPV9), Shingrix, Bexsero (Men B), MenQuadfi (MenACYW), Mpox, Rotarix, Infanrix-Hexa, Infanrix-IPV, Prevenar 13, Act-Hib and, Varilrix,
•or ambient temperature storage for associated consumables, such as personal protective equipment (PPE), needles, syringes and swabs,
•or a combination of the above options.
