The buyer does not have an enterprise-wide solution to support management and monitoring of legislative compliance. The approach is currently ad-hoc and done by individual obligation owners. Having a fit-for-purpose legislative compliance framework gives the buyer oversight of key compliance obligations, and assurance that we are complying with them. The Buyer is seeking providers with the capability, experience, and infrastructure to deliver a robust legislative compliance tool that supports compliance management across the organisation. The technology solution will help support the management of the buyer's legislative compliance along with giving us a structured approach to managing our compliance. The solution will also be kept up to date with changes in legislation.
