The project seeks to improve the condition of the vacant standalone properties to allow occupation in accordance with the required standards and specifications. The project will cover upgrades of the building interior and exterior, as well as reinstating safe access, security, and landscaping where
required. The objective is to upgrade the properties by improvements to make them warmer, drier and healthier and extend the life of the properties.
There will be a site visit opportunity, and Respondents intending to submit a proposal are required to attend the site visit to fulfil compliance with pre-condition #6.
Site visit sessions will be held on a single day to allow interested parties to visit all 15 properties at your convenience. These visits will follow an 'open home' format which interested parties will sign in and visit each property at their preferred times during the provided timeslots. Signing in with
representatives on each site is mandatory and will serve as proof of compliance with pre-condition #6. Please note that no questions will be answered onsite. All questions must be formally submitted through the official channel via GETS.
