The Kāpiti Coast District Council (“the Council”) is seeking expert resource management planning services to prepare a plan change to the Operative Kapiti Coast District Plan (District Plan) addressing coastal erosion hazards. The plan change may also address other issues relating to Council’s district planning functions under the Resource Management Act (RMA) concerning management of the coastal environment.
