24/18 PINES BEACH PLAYGROUND RELOCATION - Request for Tenders

CONTRACT CON24/18 PINES BEACH PLAYGROUND RELOCATION

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract.

This contract is for
- Site establishment, underground service verification and set out of the works,
- Dismantle, remove and relocate the playground equipment and rubbish bin from current playground with suitable foundations. To be carried out OR approved by a certified installer.
- Cut to waste the timber edging, safety bark mulch, crusher dust footpath and soil and any discarded foundation material from the existing playground area.
- Construct Earth Mounds around new playground area.
- Landscaping works including installation of park furniture, placement of bark, topsoiling and grassing.
- Construction of reserve paths, steps, retaining wall, and hard stand, soft fall, bark mulch.
- All other work indicated, described, or implied on the drawings or in this Specification, or in any other document so as to render the Contract complete, including accordance with the latest Waimakariri District Council Engineering Code of Practice and NZS5828:2015 Playground Equipment and Surfacing.
