The properties are ideally located near the Christchurch bus interchange and Te Kaha, Canterbury’s new multi-purpose stadium, while benefiting from being next door to a substantial public authority and the Enterprise Precinct Innovation Centre (EPIC).
Canterbury Regional Council, trading as Environment Canterbury (Council), is seeking one or more experienced property developers and/or investors wanting to avail themselves of two exciting and rare opportunities to develop and invest in Christchurch CBD land owned by Council.
