CRC requires a single, outsourced provider to deliver agreed, affordable and compliant FM services directly or via localised subcontractor arrangements for our sites in Central Christchurch headquarters comprising three buildings, Kainga Depot, Tai Tapu Depot, Ashburton Depot, Temuka Depot and Timaru Office. CRC also occupies leased premises in Twizel, Amberley, Kaikoura, Lyttelton, Cheviot, the Christchurch Bus Interchange (part), a residential property in Tekapo and a house used as an operations base part of the year at Fisherman’s Point, Lake Ellesmere.
Our requirement is for the outcome based delivery of core Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) consisting of Compliance and best practice routine maintenance tasks, reactive maintenance, scheduled Opex and discretionary Capex works in accordance with our Asset Management Plan.
