Auckland Transport is looking to partner with a supplier with appropriate Capability and Resource to support our MS Dynamics 365 Environment 24x7. Auckland Transport uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud (D365) solution to both help manage customer interactions and provide case management between teams and partner organisations.

D365 is AT’s core case management system used across the business including but not limited to AT HOP account holders as well as unregistered customers. D365 also helps support core customer services Via AT's Portal Framework, D365 also allows customer feedback and requests for information. D365 is a crucial tool to assist AT manage safety and wellbeing for the people of Auckland. AT utilises an out of the box solution from Microsoft D365 with minimal customisation.
What we need:
Auckland Transport is looking for a Supplier that can provide workflow, integration, and application support along with enhancements for our MS Dynamics 365 Environment in line with requirements contained in the RFP Documents
