Auckland Transport (AT) owns a diverse range of facilities across the city, including car parks, bus stations and ferry terminals, and is responsible for ensuring that this equipment is safe for public use at all times.
In order to ensure that the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) equipment and facilities are well maintained and have a high availability, the MEP maintenance provider conducts scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensures that all equipment complies with Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) requirements.
We seek to engage a service contractor to provide continued scheduled and responsive maintenance services, including annual certification for BWOF compliance. This is a 3-year term contract commencing 1 March 2026 with 2 right-of-renewals of 1 year each i.e. maximum contract duration is 5 years.
