- Repurpose existing internal spaces to create an LSC office.
- Refurbish toilets to create student, teacher and accessible toilet.
- Repurpose existing internal spaces to create breakout room with access from the classroom.
- Remove old decking and replace with new.
- Refurbish staffroom/kitchen layout.
- Remediate flat roof over veranda to create new pitch and remove
