AC897708 Property Flood Resilience Research

This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is issued to the market as the first Stage of a two-part process to identify a suitable supplier to undertake a Property Flood Resilience Research project. This research is supported by Natural Hazard Commission Toka Tū Ake (NHC) and Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ).
In the first instance, we are seeking expressions of interest from interested suppliers having capability to provide this piece of research to develop a comprehensive understanding of how Property Flood Resilience (PFR) can function as an effective system for mitigating flooding in Aotearoa New Zealand.
This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is the first stage of a two-stage process. Interested participants are required to complete the Response Form issued with this REOI. The council will prequalify respondents based on experience, track record and key resources. Prequalified participants from Stage 1 will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal.
Suppliers having the required experience and capabilities are encouraged to respond to this significant opportunity to work collaboratively with Auckland Council to deliver a significant programme of work.

If you intend to participate in this REOI, please submit your completed Participant Acknowledgement Form (attached) by email to the REOI contact person by 22nd January 2026.
Your completed Response must be submitted electronically to the GETS electronic tender box by Tuesday 27th January 2026 2 p.m. (NZT).
