Dunedin City Council (DCC) is seeking information on Central Management Systems (CMS) for street lights. Our objective is to implement a cost-effective system that works with existing street light controllers and supports smarter, more efficient network management. The existing controllers are UNB Control Nodes (Telecell), a long-range system with coverage up to 12kms. We are conducting market research to find out about which CMS may suit our requirements for streetlights.
Our key requirements include:
• Connection with existing controllers - UNB Control Nodes (Telecell).
• Remote fault detection and reporting.
• Adaptive, Reactive and Scheduling capabilities.
• High-accuracy metering for billing.
• Integration with Asset & Work Manager (AWM).
A local presence in New Zealand or Australia, either through the vendor's headquarters or a regional support office, is a strong preference.
If you want to discuss this potential contract opportunity in more detail, or inform us of your CMS for Street Lights, refer to the attached notice for our contact details.
