KiwiRail, in partnership with the New Zealand Government, is exploring the development of the Marsden Point Rail Link (MPRL) Programme. A Reference Design within the designated area has been identified; however, KiwiRail and the Government aim to engage with the market to assess opportunities for the development of the current proposal and gather feedback.
This Advance Notice is to inform the market of an upcoming Request for Information (RFI) in which the relevant Reference Design with associated information (Information) will be made available to interested parties related to the MPRL Programme.
