Advance Notice for Gisborne Māori Land Court Relocation (Fit-Out Works) - Main Contractor

This is an advance notice of the Ministry's intention to engage a suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced Main Contractor, to be engaged to complete fit-out works at the new Gisborne Māori Land Court. The new premises will require a hard fit-out to be completed, which is required to commence as soon as the design has been completed, consented, and approved by stakeholders. Key features of the fit-out project will include a humidity-controlled environment for high-density records/taonga storage and a courtroom.
