Advance Notice for Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) 2024 tender

The Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) has been providing support to survivors of sexual abuse and assault since 2014. The current contract expires on 30 November 2024 and will be replaced with a new contract on 1 December 2024 for a term of 3 years 7 months, and one right of renewal of 2 years. This notice provides interested suppliers with information about the new contract leading up to the tender which goes live on 2 April 2024.

Below are key roles described in ISSC communications and documents:
a. Supplier – ISSC contract owner who has overall responsibility for services delivered to kiritaki
b. Named provider – Provider who delivers counselling services, as defined by the Accident Insurance (“Counsellor”) Regulations 1999 that must be approved and named on the ISSC contract. This applies to the following professions: Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Social Workers providing counselling
c. Other professions who will deliver non-counselling services are registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Speech Language Therapists, Social Workers.
There will be separate application processes for each role.
