Air Staff Shuttle Services Hawke's Bay and Northland

Health New Zealand invites Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced aircraft operators for the provision of scheduled commercial air transportation services for clinical staff within the Northland and Hawke’s Bay districts. The Services are required to support the timely movement of clinical personnel between principal hospital sites and remote healthcare facilities that cannot be efficiently accessed by road.

Service Routes
• Northland District: Whangārei – Kaitāia – Whangārei
• Hawke’s Bay District: Napier – Wairoa – Napier

Operating Requirements (district specific requirements apply)
• Service frequency: five (5) Business Days per week
• Capacity: five / eight clinical staff per flight

Respondents must refer to the Request for Proposal documentation for full specifications, service standards, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements. All questions and proposal submissions must be lodged via GETS. Communications outside of GETS will not be accepted.
