This tender is for the pricing and delivery of the next phase of the Riverside Park project in Alexandra, Central Otago, in accordance with the plans provided.

Council welcomes alternative materials and asks that these be included in the pricing. Geotech testing has been completed, data available on request.

Building consent will be obtained by the Council.
