Ariki Tahi Sugarloaf Wharf Upgrade - Design & Construction

“This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Ariki Tahi Sugarloaf Wharf Limited (ATSWL) who is jointly owned by the Coromandel Marine Farmers Association, Thames Coromandel District Council, and Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment.
ATSWL would like to upgrade the present facilities at Te Ariki Tahi Sugarloaf Wharf to meet the future aspirations of the people and businesses of the district. The wharf is located at Te Kouma Road (off SH25, approximately 10 km south of Coromandel town) on the southern side of Coromandel Harbour.
ATSWL is seeking to commission an experienced delivery consortium (design consultant(s) and construction contractor(s)) to carry out design and construction under an Early Contractor Involvement contract delivery model.”
