Auckland Council Group Contact Centres Platform (Stage 1 of 2)

Auckland Council Group (ACG - Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and Watercare) is seeking proposals from Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) providers to deliver a modern, scalable platform supporting customer engagement across ACG.
This is a platform-led procurement, we are seeking an established, enterprise-grade CCaaS solution. The solution must be delivered end-to-end, including implementation and ongoing support, by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its nominated delivery partner.
Important Notice: This procurement will be conducted in two stages. Stage 1 is a qualifying RFP. Up to three respondents will be shortlisted to participate in Stage 2, a Lean Agile Procurement (LAP) process, where end-to-end solutions will be evaluated collaboratively prior to selecting a preferred supplier for contract negotiation.
