Auckland Divestment – Reservoir Works

The Department of Corrections is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to demolish, construct, test, commission, and hand over a like-for-like replacement potable water reservoir at Auckland Men’s Prison, located at 2 Attwood Road, Paremoremo, Auckland.
This procurement forms part of Corrections' ongoing programme to renew and upgrade ageing water infrastructure assets. The replacement reservoir is required to improve asset reliability and resilience, maintain continuity of potable water supply to the prison and connected properties, reduce asset failure risk, and ensure the infrastructure remains compliant with current operational, regulatory, and drinking water requirements.
