Audit Services: Contract Procurement & Management

ORC is seeking an external audit to provide independent assurance over its contract procurement, creation and management practices. This includes formal contracts as well as arrangements that, while not formalised as contracts, involve payment for goods or services (such as purchase orders, letters of engagement, or verbal or informal agreements).

ORC also wishes to examine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used within these arrangements to assess whether they are well-designed, clearly linked to intended outcomes, and capable of supporting effective and accountable performance monitoring.
