BOP West SH29 Kaimai Asphalt Renewals 2024/25 - Advance Notice

This Notice of Information (NOI) is to provide project information ahead of the tender which will be advertised separately 2 August 2024.

This notice is provided as an early indication only of the project scope and will not form part of any future tender documents or contract documents.

The scope of the work comprises structural asphalt pavement rehabilitation and thin asphalt resurfacing on SH29 RS21. This comprises the following activities:
- Supply of binders and aggregates
- Development of asphalt mix designs
- Temporary Traffic Management
- Milling of existing pavement materials
- Surfacing preparation
- Membrane sealing
- Asphalt manufacture, transport and placement.
- Quality Assurance
- Reinstatement of traffic services
- Subsoil drain installation
- Minor stormwater inlet structure renewals
