On behalf of the Birchwood School Board of Trustees we wish to invite you to tender as a Main Contractor for the Weather Tightness Remediation of the Library and Hall.
Please refer to all attachments outlining the work required.
You will be required to complete the Part A and B of the RFT document and submit these documents separately.
Please complete the Works Price Schedule to show the breakdown of your tender price. The Work Price Schedule costs MUST be separated and broken down into costs relating to the Library and cost related to the Hall.
The Work Price Schedule is a mandatory document and costs must be broken down/separated into Library and Hall for your tender to be compliant.
