Building Compliance Services

The University is looking for providers who have the capability, experience and technicians to deliver Building Compliance Services.

Respondents will need to have a good track record in delivery of Building Compliance Services to similarly sized portfolios of property.

We want to make sure our Building Warrants of Fitness’ remain current and that any work required to obtain a Building Warrant of Fitness is identified earlier rather than later. i.e. IQP inspections and processing of the annual Building Warrant of Fitness)
