Building Fit Out Services for 30 Sir William Pickering Drive

Airways Corporation Ltd manages one of the largest airspaces in the world and provides air traffic management services that are safe, modern, technologically advanced, reliable and efficient.

This ROI relates to building fit-out-services for a 2,200m2 multi-level building located in Christchurch. Airways staff at its Christchurch location are currently spread across two buildings. In order for three specific business units to operate more collectively as an organisation and to provide future room to grow it has been considered that moving into one building as the most pragmatic, functional, and most cost-effective solution. Refurbishment is required of both the ground and level 1 floors of the building. The objective is to create one cohesive space which will require realignment of the building’s infrastructure (network, power, mechanical, fire protection and hydraulic services). Some staff are currently operating in the building. As such for some stages the contract works will need to be delivered under “live” conditions.

This ROI is the first stage of a multi-stage tender and will be followed by the release of a closed RFP to four shortlisted Respondents from the ROI process.
