C-25-043 Frankton Golf Centre Building Renewals

In summary we are looking to procure:
- Replacement of the sheet metal roof covering (approx. 180m2).
- Replacement of timber facias.
- Removal of carpark-facing window and rotten frame/sill - board up and match to surrounding board & batten cladding.
- Exterior repaint including doors, wooden window frames, sills, weather boards, soffits, facias and trims.
- Check for and remedy leaks in skylight, gib fix & stop.
- Installation of aluminium handrail on NE exterior corner of building hardstand.
- Obtain quote for additional covers to Driving range bays.
