The successful contractor will be required to deliver end-to-end harvest services, including but not limited to:

The harvest of wilding conifers across 109 hectares of reserve land on Queenstown Hill is a key step in a high-profile Wilfire risk reduction and ecological restoration programme. The Te Tapunui Queenstown Hill Reserve Restoration Management Plan (2025), available online, details the restoration activities and includes an overview of harvest management zones and anticipated harvest methods.
