This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent Supplier to provide the following Scope
of Services. The purpose is to is to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, support, and
enhancement services for Napier City Council’s public space CCTV network and associated
monitoring equipment. Services include preventative and reactive maintenance, remote
monitoring and configuration, fault repairs, and the supply, installation, and replacement of
CCTV cameras and related equipment to ensure the network remains reliable, operational,
and fit for purpose. See Section 5 for further details
