C1600 Communications Services

The Council is seeking a communications supplier who will:

support the Council with comprehensive communication and marketing design services and products that help to deliver the Council’s communications strategy.

develop, manage and maintain a good working relationship both online and face to face with the Council’s Communications and Change Team and Council officers from other departments.

provide accurate and timely advice along with timely responses to key issues.

prioritise the Council’s requirements over other clients work as needs demand and have sufficient resources to ensure continuous service is supplied regardless of individual staff availability
