CAF Community Project (Hillmorton Hospital Waitaha Canterbury)

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified and experienced main contractors to register their interest in relation to refurbishing an existing building, on the Hillmorton Hospital site, to make it fit for purpose for the transfer of the Child, Adolescent and Family Community (CAF Community) from The Princess Margaret Hospital (TPMH) to Hillmorton Hospital, Christchurch (the Project). These registrations will be shortlisted by an evaluation panel and those shortlisted main contractors will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The opportunity is to complete a fit-out of an existing building that has been recently strengthened, to as close as practicable to 100% IL2. A copy of the Developed Design is included with the ROI package.
