CIC Accommodation Project

NZ Police, need to procure a main contractor who has a regional presence to help support and deliver the CIC Project.

The highly sensitive nature of the new facility limits the number of potential service providers to those with a proven track record with this sort of facility. Suppliers who have a recent proven track record with Defence, Police, and Justice in delivering projects of a highly sensitive nature, means the market is small for any competitive process and a key element of the ROI process is to identify the suppliers with the relevant track record.

The objectives of this RFP process are to identify and appoint a Supplier with the necessary:

• skills and expertise to undertake the in-scope construction works.
• capacity to meet the timeframes for the construction and fitout works.
• Recent and relevant experience completing works within a discrete/sensitive environment.
