Overview:
This Request for Tenders relates to the provision of curtains and blinds (products, manufacturing and installation) for Wellington City Council (WCC) City Housing (CH) units.
This is part of the second wave of the Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP2) which aims to upgrade the performance, safety and security of City Housing units.
A portion of the Council's housing portfolio has already been upgraded and this RFT relates to the upgrade of the remaining housing units with regards to the provision of curtains and blinds to provide privacy and thermal efficiency.
WCC is seeking to contract a suitably qualified provider capable of manufacturing and installing curtains and blinds in 560 units (including standalone) in 79 Blocks in 27 Wellington City Housing complexes.
The successful provider will have a demonstrated client service focus, relevant experience delivering a project of comparable scope, competitive pricing and alignment with Council's needs.
