CON 25/26 Riverton toby replacements

The works comprise of replacing the existing water lateral valve and the toby boxes for the property connections at the boundary with acuflo GM900SSFC manifold valve and the toby box (valve and the toby box will be supplied by SDC).

The contract works includes but are not limited to:

• Install the acuflo GM900SSFC manifold valve and the toby box (valve and the toby box will be supplied by SDC) and the associated fittings.

This contract is a ‘measure and value’ contract as defined by general conditions of contract, clause 2.1.1. Under this form of contract, it is the tenderer’s responsibility to:

a) Confirm quantities required to construct the contract works
b) Identify, assess and manage risk; and
c) Establish the optimal methodology to comply with the requirements of the contract documents.
