Hamilton City Council is seeking Quotations from suitably experienced parties for the CON00002885-2024 Waterworld Gym Equipment Lease.

Please ensure that your quote includes:
a. Responses to the criteria as outlined below;
b. The total price for full delivery, including any expenses and other costs. The price should be in NZ$ and exclusive of GST
c. a breakdown of the price. Please Price on the Annexure B with the Options A, B and C
In preparing your quote you must consider all risks, contingencies and other circumstances relating to the delivery of our requirements and include adequate provision for them in your quote. You must also document any assumptions that you have made about the delivery of our requirements.
