CON00003163 -2025 - Celebrating Age Building Renewal

The CAC building occupies a key central city site in the south end of Victoria St. The building has previously been occupied by community groups serving our older people since 1979 and provided bookable space for the wider community. The building was vacated in December 2021 due to water tightness issues and temporary roof installed to reduce further water ingress damage occurring. The primary objective of this project to complete physical works which enable the building to be occupied once again to provide a space to community groups, users and service providers.
