Select a supplier to deliver and manage a Data network that meets Council’s availability, performance, security, and reporting needs, and smoothly transitions from current services with minimal disruption. This RFP is being issued by Hamilton City Council on behalf of Hamilton City Council.

A managed Wide area network service that:
• Provides site connectivity using fit‑for‑purpose access (e.g., fibre/DIA, wireless, LTE/5G) with SD‑WAN‑ready or SD‑WAN‑managed overlay
• Delivers high availability and predictable performance for critical apps (voice, video, SaaS)
• Integrates security controls appropriate for a Council environment (e.g., segmentation, traffic steering, secure Internet breakout/policy enforcement)
• Includes managed services, and 24×7 fault response, proactive monitoring, incident and change management, and clear reporting.
• Scalability
• Simple commercials throughout the term.
