CON00003431-2025 REOI - Multiple Hamilton Sports Parks SW Drainage and Sand Carpet Renewal

The purpose of this procurement is to explore the open market with a two (2) stage process with a REOI (Stage 1) to source potential supplier options, which will be used to shortlist for Secondary Procurement (Stage 2) through an RFT.
The REOI focuses on relevant skills, experience and boarder outcomes for the project. The 2nd stage closed tender will focus on the supplier’s proposed methodology and price, it will include site visit opportunities to inspect the locations.

Rationale - It is important to the project to have assurance the vendor can ensure a high-quality end result.
