Hamilton City Council is seeking a strategic data and insights partner to help translate its Data & Insights Strategy and Domain Onboarding Model into practical, sustainable delivery across priority business domains.

Success will mean:

- Priority business domains are onboarded using a consistent and repeatable approach;

- Trusted information products, semantic models and governance practices are established and reused;

- HCC staff have the capability, confidence and ownership needed to operate and extend the model over time; and

- Reporting, analytics and future AI-enabled services are supported by reliable, well-governed information.

The partner will provide the strategic, business and technical capability needed to deliver priority outcomes, establish repeatable delivery practices, transfer knowledge and build a sustainable information ecosystem.
