The Selwyn District Council (SDC) are seeking a main infrastructure contractor for the construction of the new Prebbleton Reserve located on the corners of Hamptons Road, Birchs Road and Leadleys Road.
This 1a Stage of work includes supply and installation of the following (as per tender plans, specifications and schedules):
Three and a half full sized sports fields and two artificial cricket pitches
Sports field lighting to three and a half full sized sports fields
Landscape pathways, furniture and fencing
Off road trails and cycling tracks
Earthworks and civil works
SW drainage, sewer and potable water
Pedestrian and carpark lighting
Electrical and security cameras
Dog park carparking
Leadleys Road carparking
Dog Park development
Permaloo toilet (Client supplied)
Trees and planting
Irrigation including pumps,
pumphouse, tanks, and irrigation to sports fields and planting
The successful respondent must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of programme constraints and the level of coordination required to undertake this new reserve development.
