We require a modern digital engagement platform that enables us to effectively capture community sentiment on key topics, especially including our statutory plans, strategies, and bylaws such as our annual, long-term, and regulatory plans. The platform must provide robust data capture and analysis capabilities, support the management and coordination of engagement activities, and allow us to independently design, create, and run multiple concurrent engagement campaigns.
