We currently engage with our community through various channels such as feedback forms, targeted engagement plans, and opportunities for submitting ideas, but our existing systems are outdated. We want to understand the capabilities of more modern solutions now available in the market.
We require a modern digital engagement platform that enables us to effectively capture community sentiment on key topics, especially including our statutory plans, strategies, and bylaws such as our annual, long-term, and regulatory plans. The platform must provide robust data capture and analysis capabilities, support the management and coordination of engagement activities, and allow us to independently design, create, and run multiple concurrent engagement campaigns.
