Cambridge Town Hall Stage 1 – Improvements Project

This procurement for this project will be managed by Octa on behalf of the Cambridge Town Hall Trust.

This project aims to undertake immediate transformation works primarily to the Victorian Room and Edwardian Room, including a commercial kitchen, unisex toilets, access control, roof replacements to Victorian Room, roof repairs to Edwardian Room, and an electrical upgrade and new HVAC system to the greater Town Hall.
