Cancer Care Coordination Services

We need Cancer Care Coordination services across the cancer continuum, from prevention and early detection, through diagnosis, support for faster cancer treatment, palliative care, and survivorship, to improve hauora outcomes for Māori whānau affected by cancer. Cancer Care Coordination services must include support for first specialist appointments, and timely access to treatment, contributing to the Government’s health target of Faster Cancer Treatment.
