The Board of Trustees for Carlton School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Plumbing Contractor to carry out the Stormwater Remediation Project. .
The Contract Works required are: Due to existing historical flooding uses, there will be installation of new stormwater drainage and sanitary sewer lines with 2 x new terminal vents.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
