Catering Services for Tātaki Auckland Unlimited

The Arts, Entertainments and Events (AEE) are the operational business unit of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited that manages corporate and private events at many of Auckland’s iconic venues including; Viaduct Events Centre, Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, the Civic Theatre, and the Bruce Mason Centre. These events include but are not limited to conferences, conventions, seminars, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, cocktail functions, Christmas parties, school balls and weddings.

AEE wish to appoint a minimum of two catering companies to offer a panel of caterers to its clientele.

The scope of this procurement includes catering services for corporate and private functions, and events organized at the following venues :

• Aotea Centre
• Aotea Square (When applicable)
• Auckland Town Hall
• The Civic Theatre
• Viaduct Events Centre
• Bruce Mason Centre
• Auckland Art Gallery
• Queens Wharf (Shed 10)
• Queens Wharf (Cloud)
• Other venues as required by TAU at its sole discretion
