The scope of work encompasses an internal alteration of the Hospital Kitchen Building by optimising and reducing the current kitchen footprint to create a new separated storage area for medical and patient equipment, covering an area of approximately 160 square meters.

The construction works are likely to cause disruption to commercial kitchen operations during the relocation, decommissioning and demolition unused kitchen equipment, particularly the relocation of critical equipment such as the dishwashing equipment and the food tray line.
To ensure smooth and efficient execution of the overall project, the aim is to minimize interruption to commercial kitchen operations while critical equipment is relocated, contributing to the, while prioritizing quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
