The Otago Boys' High School Board of Trustees are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the combined 5YA projects. The project generally consists of the following:
o Modernisation of 3 x science Labs with a lighter refurbishment to a 4th
o Modernisation of the Library toilets
o Replacement of the floor coverings to the Library and entrance
o Replacement of the Pool roof/cladding and associated structural alterations
o Upgrades of the Pool changing facilities
o Replacement of the Grandstand roof and ceiling
