This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit a Tender for: Combined Project to Site, Block A, B, H: Roofing, Electrical, Parking, Bathroom, Staffroom, Breakout space and Cladding Upgrades at Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Matai.
• Block A, B, H: Replace roof and clears and add insulation.
• Block A, B: Electrical safety and lighting improvements.
• Site: Parking drainage and resurfacing and paving repairs.
• Block B: Staff and student bathroom improvements.
• Block A, B: Upgrade heating – install 9 new heat pump units.
• Block A: Create break out space.
• Block A, B: External cladding and deck repairs and remedial repairs associated with the breakout space.
