Communications Cabling Supply and Installation

The University requires structured copper, fibre-optic cabling, and speaker cabling together with associated installation and corrective maintenance services, delivered in accordance with the University’s Design Guidelines for Communications Cabling and structured cabling standards. Network communications cabling is business-critical infrastructure that underpins the University’s teaching, research, and operational functions. The quality of materials, workmanship, testing, certification, and documentation directly affects network reliability, safety, and the University’s ability to support current and future digital capability. Accordingly, both technical compliance and supply continuity are essential outcomes of this procurement. The expected value is $1,000,000 over five years.
